No, all appointments are by booking only. We do not accept walk-ins to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention. This allows us to provide the best possible service and maintain our high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee (50% of original booking price). We understand that emergencies happen, but advance notice helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm at both locations. Late appointments are available upon request. We are closed on Sundays. Both our Meadowbank and Chatswood locations follow the same operating schedule.
